How to proceed?
You come with your device and a copy of the purchase invoice.
If the warranty of your device is validated, all costs will be borne by the manufacturer.
If not, please read the procedure for out of warranty devices.
You have an out of warranty device and you want to have it repaired at GF TRONICS?
It is totally possible but what should be done?
You come with your device. The quote will cost you 40€ all VAT included.
If the repair costs do not exceed 121€ all VAT included, it will be repaired. Otherwise we will send you a detailed quote by email.
In case of agreement for repair, the cost of the quote will be automatically deducted from the final invoice.
Fill in the boxes to make a KEF or YAMAHA pick up request.
In case of multiple repairs, complete this several times.
Attention! Don't forget to provide us with a copy of the purchase invoice in case the device is under warranty.
We have created a space to download the document. You will find the upload area after the 'Purchase date' section.
We will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with your collection labels.
Please! In the case of a device with antennas, we ask you to remove and pack them to prevent damage.
